Austin Austin Tees Rules and Guidlines Please read the following before placing an order: • When placing your order - Please email back to Austin Tees the quoted garment prices. This way we will use the correct quoted prices for your order. All quotes/bids are good for 10 days past the date of the quote/bid email or phone call. If it has been more than 10 days when placing your order, please ask if the quoted prices will be honored. There will be no other fees attached to this quote except for: • Turnaround Time on MOST orders is 5 - 7 working days upon receipt of all the following: • Tax Exempt or Not? - If you or your company are tax exempt, we will need you to fill out the appropriate tax form, bring it in when picking up or placing your order or email the form to us in a PDF or jpeg file, so that we may keep it on file for this order and any future orders that you or your company may need. When placing additional orders with us in the future, please give us a reminder that you or your company are Tax Exempt. This way, we don't make the mistake of adding sales tax to your new order. If you need a tax exempt form, click the following link and download the appropriate PDF tax exempt form. http://austintees.com/contactus.html • In-house Artwork Creation - If you need us to create a custom design for you, please let us know when placing your new order. There could be an additional design charge on your bill. • Artwork Ownership - The customer DOES NOT own any digital rights to any artwork that has been created or re-created in-house by Austin Tees. Austin Tees will not provide on disk or email the customer or any vendor of the customer a .jpeg, .tif, .gif, .eps, .PDF, .pict, .png, .bmp or any other file type requested. If the customer insists on getting a digital copy of the artwork, Austin Tees will sell the artwork in a vector file format and all digital rights of the artwork to the customer for a flat fee of $200. For no additional charge, Austin Tees will provide a paper composite print out of the artwork for the customer. • Customer Provides Artwork - If you are suppling your own personal created artwork, we accept the following file formats. Photoshop PSD file with all layers and created at 300 dpi or higher, Macromedia Freehand file with all fonts turned to outlines, and Adobe Illustrator CS 3 file with all fonts turned to outlines. Austin Tees will not email the customers provided artwork to any vendor of the customer. • Youth and Infant Artwork - If you are ordering youth and infant sized garments, you may also need youth and infant sized artwork. Please give us this information when placing your order. We can then determine if there will be any additional costs to your bid and let you know. When printing on youth and infant sized garments, your design may need to be smaller than the adult sized design. So it may require us to size down and output additional film-vellum, and use extra silk screens. This is in conjunction with the adult sized artwork and screens, so that the youth/infant design can accommodate the smaller print area on the garments. • Custom PMS Ink Color Mix - PMS colors and custom colors that you request will be matched as close as possible for an additional charge of $25 per requested color. Exact PMS and custom color matches are not guaranteed to be identical to the color requested, but will be as close as possible. • Check Your Order - You have 2 days after delivery of your order to check for any mistakes or missing items. After that point, Austin Tees is not responsible for any mistakes or missing items. • Rush Orders - If you need your job to be completed and in your hands before Austin Tees minimum required time, there will be a rush fee. Rush fees will be determined at the time they are requested. • Late Fee - A late fee of 2% will be added to the total of the invoice per month until payment is received. If full payment of invoice has not been received by the end of the year, legal action will be taken. • Payment Types - Austin Tees accepts the following payment types; Personal/Company Checks, and Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard only). If paying by check, all printed info on the check must be current and the customer must show a current Texas drivers license. We also DO NOT accept more than 2 checks to pay for an order. If paying with a credit card, there will be a 3.5% credit card handling fee added to the total. SPECIAL NOTE: If any garment styles or garment colors that you ordered are not in stock at the time we place your order with our vendors, we will substitute the out of stock garment style or garment colors with the closest match possible. We will notify you that we have made substitutions to your order after the order has been placed with our vendors. (This option is usually for orders that are under a tight deadlines and we may not have time to call the customer before placing the rushed order.) These rules and guidelines can change at anytime.
